NCLAT Delhi: Authority Can Enforce Arbitral Award Via Resolution Professional Under IBC Section 60(5) - (05 Sep 2025)

NCLAT New Delhi bench ruled that under section 60(5) of the IBC, the Adjudicating Authority has jurisdiction to entertain applications filed by the resolution professional for enforcement of Arbitral awards, confirming its power to enforce such awards during insolvency proceedings.
