SC Refuses Interim Bail to Shabir Ahmed Shah; Issues Notice on His Bail Petition - (05 Sep 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court issued notice on Kashmiri Separatist Shabir Ahmed Shah’s bail plea in a terror funding case but denied interim bail, despite his lawyer citing his ill health. The bench heard arguments but declined immediate relief, stating shah’s release isn’t warranted at this stage.
