SC: NCLT Can Probe Fraud Allegations & Document Validity in Oppression and Mismanagement Cases - (03 Sep 2025)

COMPANY

Supreme Court has ruled that NCLT can investigate fraud allegations and document validity in oppression and mismanagement cases. It noted that if a majority shareholder is maliciously reduced to minority status by the company or its board, it constitutes oppression against that member.
