Supreme Court: Couple Seeks Criminal Action against Private Hospital for Alleged Baby Swapping - (03 Sep 2025)

Supreme Court will hear a plea by parents seeking criminal action against a Raipur hospital for allegedly swapping their newborn boy with a girl. They challenge the Chhattisgarh High Court’s refusal to order an FIR against the hospital director and his gynecologist wife.
