Supreme Court Dismisses PIL Challenging Centre’s Ethanol Blending Programme - (01 Sep 2025)

Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) that challenged the Central Government’s Ethanol Blending Programme mandating the sale of petrol blended with 20% ethanol (E20).
