Delhi HC: Can Consider Husband's Home Loan & Responsibility While Determining Maintenance - (01 Sep 2025)

Del. HC has observed that maintenance amount must be determined in a balanced manner. It should be one that ensures adequate support for wife & child, while also taking into account the Husband’s financial obligations of his liability towards home loan, his expenses & responsibility towards parents.
