Allahabad HC: No Power on Police to Open History-Sheet on Likes or Dislikes - (29 Aug 2025)

Allahabad High Court has held that 'unbridled' and 'uncanalised' power cannot be exercised by the police in opening history sheets against someone merely on the basis of their likes or dislikes.
