Supreme Court: Karnataka HC to Decide Who Gets First Charge Over Defaulter's Assets - (28 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court has directed the Karnataka High Court to decide whether the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation or secured financial creditors enforcing recovery, hold priority over the proceeds from the sale of a defaulter's assets.
