Karnataka HC to Hear Challenge to Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 - (28 Aug 2025)

Karnataka High Court is set to hear a plea by an online gaming company challenging the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 which seeks to put prohibition on 'online money games' and offering of bank services, advertisements related thereto.
