Kerala HC: No Privacy Concerns because of Automated Cameras for Traffic Enforcement - (28 Aug 2025)

Kerala High Court has negated privacy concerns regarding automated cameras deployed for traffic enforcement. The Court observed that images of traffic violations are encrypted, transmitted only to government-controlled servers, and verified through the National Informatics Centre's application.
