Delhi HC Upholds Constitutional Validity of Section 193(9) of BNSS, 2023 - (28 Aug 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while upholding the constitutional validity of Section 193(9) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has observed that the provision does not act as a camouflage to an accused's right to default bail.
