SC: No Difference between Filing Suit against Proprietorship or Proprietor - (28 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court observed that there is no difference between filing a suit against a proprietorship in its trade name or in the name of the proprietor, as the proprietorship has no separate legal identity and is inseparable from its owner.
