Kerala HC Stays Trial against ADGP Ajithkumar in Disproportionate Assets Case - (27 Aug 2025)

Kerala HC has stayed proceedings against ADGP M.R. Ajithkumar in a disproportionate assets case, noting procedural illegality in the Special Judge’s order rejecting the Vigilance clean chit. Court questioned fairness of a junior officer probing a senior.
