Karnataka HC: Alleged Bribery before Filing Nomination Not ‘Corrupt Practice’ - (26 Aug 2025)

ELECTION

Karnataka High Court has ruled that any alleged corrupt act committed by a candidate before their nomination for elections cannot be classified as a corrupt practice under Section 123 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
