SC: No 'Change in Law' Claim for Withdrawal of Deemed Export Benefits by Power Generators - (21 Aug 2025)

SC has ruled that power generators can't claim compensation for DGFT’s withdrawal of deemed export benefits, holding such clarifications were not a 'change in law.' As power plants are immovable, they don’t qualify under FTP’s criteria.
