Supreme Court Orders Haridwar Collector Inquiry into Maa Chandi Devi Trust - (20 Aug 2025)

TRUSTS AND SOCIETIES

Supreme Court has directed the Haridwar Collector to conduct a personal inquiry into Maa Chandi Devi Temple Trust’s management. Until then, interim supervision by the Badarinath Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC), as ordered by the Uttarakhand High Court, will continue.
