SC Recommends Statutory Appeal Against DJ’s Compensation Orders - (20 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court has urged the Central Government to create a statutory appeal against District Judge’s compensation orders under Section 16(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, instead of leaving parties only with writ remedies.
