Telangana HC Rejects Woman's ?90 L Alimony Claim Over Impotency Allegation - (19 Aug 2025)

Telangana HC has dismissed a woman’s claim seeking ?90L alimony and divorce after finding that she failed to prove husband’s impotency or fraud. The Court further cited medical evidence confirming the husband’s marital capacity.
