HP HC: Non-Production of Seal Does Not Vitiate Trial - (19 Aug 2025)

NARCOTICS

Himachal Pradesh High Court upheld a 4-year NDPS sentence, ruling that non-production of the sealing device doesn’t invalidate the trial. The Court also cited untampered evidence and dismissed minor discrepancies.
