SC: Abetment to Suicide Requires Intent, Not Mere Harassment - (19 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court upholds quashing of abetment case under Section 306 of IPC, ruling that harassment alone, without proximate act or intent to drive victim to suicide, is insufficient for conviction.
