SC Upholds HC Order Quashing FIR in MP Mohanbhai Delkar Suicide Case - (18 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court has upheld Bombay HC’s order quashing FIR against Dadra & Nagar Haveli officials in MP Mohanbhai Delkar’s suicide case. The FIR was based on deemed impressions, lacking material to show abetment or conspiracy.
