Supreme Court: Place of Exclusive Jurisdiction Deemed as 'Seat' of Arbitration - (14 Aug 2025)

ARBITRATION

SC has held that in absence of designated seat, place of exclusive jurisdiction in contract is deemed arbitration seat.
