All HC: Don't Remand Accused to Custody If Chargesheet Filed Sans Arrest - (14 Aug 2025)

CRIMINAL

The Allahabad High Court has directed UP trial courts not to remand accused to custody if chargesheet is filed without arrest. The Court observed that the accused must be released on personal bond or single surety.
