SC Orders District-Wise Survey to Ensure POSH Act Compliance by Employers - (13 Aug 2025)

SERVICE

The Supreme Court has directed all States and UTs to conduct a district-wise survey within 6 weeks to ensure compliance with the POSH Act, especially regarding the constitution of Internal Committees in both government and private institutions.
