NCLT: No Sale of Assets Below 25% Reserve Price Cut Under Liquidation Regulations - (13 Aug 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLT Bengaluru has held that corporate debtor assets can't be sold below a 25% cut in reserve price. It observed that permitting such sales breaches IBBI Liquidation Regulations.
