SC Bars Action Against 10-Yr Diesel & 15-Yr Petrol Vehicle Owners in Delhi NCR - (13 Aug 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

The Supreme Court has directed no coercive action against owners of 10-year-old diesel and 15-year-old petrol vehicles in Delhi NCR. The order came in the MC Mehta case amid Delhi Government’s review plea of the 2018 ban.
