Delhi HC: State Must Avoid Delays Like Prosecutor Appointment - (12 Aug 2025)

Delhi HC has dismissed Sukhbir Singh’s plea for default bail in a MCOCA case, but cautioned that if the State cites seriousness of offence to oppose bail, it must act promptly in key steps like appointing an SPP.
