Karnataka HC: Cannot Compel Govt to Follow National Education Policy - (12 Aug 2025)

The Karnataka High Court dismissed a PIL against the State’s decision to stall NEP 2020, holding it cannot force adoption of a policy absent violation of fundamental or statutory rights.
