SC Stays NGT’s Rs. 50 Cr Fine on DJB & MCD Over Yamuna Pollution - (11 Aug 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

The Supreme Court has stayed the National Green Tribunal (NGT) Rs. 50.44 crore penalty on Delhi Jal Board and MCD for failing to curb sewage pollution in Yamuna.
