SC Asks ECI if Voters Can Be Denied NOTA Option in Elections With Only One Candidate - (08 Aug 2025)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has questioned the Election Commission of India, if there is one candidate, but substantial part of voters, through NOTA do not want him to be elected, should their 'invisible will' be defeated.
