Bombay High Court: Flat Owners Cannot Modify Maintenance Charges - (07 Aug 2025)

Bombay High Court has held that resolutions passed by the association of apartment owners cannot modify the statutory requirement under Section 10 of the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970.
