Supreme Court Dismisses Justice Yashwant Verma’s Petition Challenging in-house Inquiry Report - (07 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by Justice Yashwant Verma which challenged the in-house inquiry report in the cash-at-home scandal and former CJI Sanjiv Khanna's recommendation made to the President and the Prime Minister for Justice Varma's removal.
