SC: Alimony from First Marriage Irrelevant to Decide Alimony from Second Marriage - (06 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court while rejection a husband’s contention that the wife was not entitled to alimony as she got a fair settlement from her first divorce, has stated that alimony from first marriage is irrelevant to decide alimony from second marriage.
