CJI: No Designated Senior Advocate to Orally Mention Matters - (06 Aug 2025)

Chief Justice of India BR Gavai has stated that no designated Senior Advocate will be allowed to orally mention matters in Court No.1 from next Monday as juniors must be given the opportunity to do so.
