Delhi High Court Passes Summary Judgment in Favour of Tata Power in Trademark Infringement Suit - (05 Aug 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court while passing a summary judgment in favour of Tata Power in a trademark infringement suit, has granted dynamic injunction and allowed the company to implead and seek relief against any other John Doe entity found infringing its marks.
