SC to Examine if the Period Prescribed under Section 18(5) of MSMED Act is Mandatory or Directory - (05 Aug 2025)

Supreme Court is set to examine the issue whether under Section 18(5) of the MSMED Act the time limit of ninty days for resolving disputes by the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council is mandatory or directory.
