Bombay HC: Fresh Corruption Trial Allowed After Valid Sanction - (01 Aug 2025)

Bombay High Court held that the discharge of a public servant in a corruption case due to invalid sanction does not bar a fresh trial once a proper sanction is obtained. This allows prosecution to restart after procedural defects are corrected.
