SC: Recalls Judgment in Bhushan Steel Case Citing Injustice Under Art. 142 - (01 Aug 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court recalled its previous order that had rejected JSW Steel’s resolution plan for Bhushan Power & Steel, noting that Article 142 had been used to do injustice. The court emphasized the need to correct judicial overreach in commercial resolutions.
