Delhi HC: Arbitration Clause Enforceable Even if Only One Party Signs After Understanding Terms - (31 Jul 2025)
ARBITRATION
Delhi High Court held that if one party signs an agreement after understanding its terms, including the arbitration clause, the absence of the other party's formal signature alone does not bar reference to arbitration.
