Del. HC: Merely because wife Fails to Provide Date & Time of Torture Doesn’t Mean Case is Baseless - (31 Jul 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has stated that merely because a wife failed to provide the exact date and time of the alleged tortures does not tantamount to mean that the case filed by her under the Domestic Violence Act is without any basis.
