SC Urges Union to take Action against Laws which are Discriminatory towards Leprosy Affected Persons - (31 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court while urging Centre to take urgent remedial action against laws, rules, regulations, etc. which are discriminatory and/or derogatory towards leprosy-affected or cured persons, has stated that it is embarrassing that it is a ground for taking divorce.
