SC Grants Relief to Professor who was Denied Retirement Age Extension - (31 Jul 2025)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has granted relief to a professor who was denied retirement age extension from 60 to 65 due to West Bengal's misinterpretation of its policy, which unfairly excluded teaching experience gained outside the state from eligibility.
