Kerala HC: Burden Shifts on Complainant if Accused Pleads Non-recepit of Notice - (30 Jul 2025)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has observed that if the accused pleads non-receipt of notice, the burden shifts to the complainant to prove at least the knowledge of the notice to the accused.
