J&K and Ladakh High Court Amends Jammu and Kashmir General Rules (Civil), 1978 - (29 Jul 2025)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has introduced amendment to the Jammu and Kashmir General Rules (Civil) of 1978 as a step towards ensuring procedural fairness for serving military personnel.
