SC: Acknowledging Partial Debt Would Not Extend Limitation Period for Entire Debt - (28 Jul 2025)

LIMITATION

Supreme Court has observed that under Section 18 of the Limitation Act, 1963, acknowledgment of partial debt would not extend the limitation period for the entire debt.
