SC: Cannot Apply Doctrine of Merger to Orders Obtained by Fraud - (24 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has held that if a decision of the High Court was upheld by the Supreme Court but such decision was obtained through fraud then, the aggrieved party may file an appeal against High Court’s order rather than seeking review of Supreme Court’s judgment.
