SC: Wife to Issue Public Apology to Husband and his Family - (23 Jul 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed a woman to tender an unconditional apology to the husband and his family members for the "physical and mental trauma" caused by multiple criminal cases and observed that what they have suffered cannot be resituated or compensated in any manner.
