SC Endorses Guidelines by Allahabad High Court regarding Misuse of Section 498A - (23 Jul 2025)

Supreme Court has endorsed the guidelines framed by the High Court of Allahabad with regard to constitution of Family Welfare Committees for safeguards regarding misuse of Section 498A of IPC, 1860.
