Delhi HC: For Offence of Criminal Intimidation, Intention to Cause Alarm is Necessary - (21 Jul 2025)

Delhi High Court has stated that a bare perusal of Section 506 of IPC makes it clear that before an offence of criminal intimidation is made out, it must be established that an accused had an intention to cause alarm to the Prosecutrix.
