SC: No Binding Arbitration Agreement if Clause Says Arbitration "May Be Sought" - (21 Jul 2025)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has held that there will not be any arbitration agreement if a clause in the agreement says that arbitration "may be sought" to resolve disputes between the parties.
